This is raw wildflower honey with Ceylon cinnamon added during the creaming (crystalization) process. Cinnamon adds both flavor and health benefits to our already great tasting creamed honey. This is the ideal product for toast, muffin or bagel!! In order to achieve a premium quality product we blend 50% Michigan with 50% Saskatchewan honey. This yields a light rich flavorful creamed honey!
